I think when we talk about our people not bieng accountable and responceble for thier life or community is becourse of the mantal slvary that was bieng brought by apartheit[being told that you can't come up with anything]and with selfish leaders we have in our country i think is becouse of poverty they went throuhg so they just want to get everything qiuckly so that when they stapdown they will have enough in thier pocket,But that is not an excuse i agree that we need an intervantion from people who have ccourage and knowledge.
