SOUTH AFRICAN DREAM SOCIETY POWERED BY MoAc!
Montshepetja Academy South African Dream Society (MoAc SADS in short) is a group of six North West university students responsible of MoAc marketing, they are namely Mbuyazi Eric M (Marketing Manager), Khathutshelo Anastasia Rambanduli, Stella Skosana, Lindi Bonolo Falla, Aubrey Vuyani Nzunga and Mpondo Mbotho. SADS encompasses of different individual experiences, expertise and opinions from all corners of social structures and classes. It is also a youth to youth consultation medium, making it easy to reach out to the youth. Hence, we believe it will be, if not already, the best and most accommodative youth structure.
Together, MoAc SADS, we wish to be companions of the youth in general events throughout the course of their lives, in a nutshell. Some of our specialisation will be language proficiency, health information, social and academic support and community involvement in summary. We will be hosting events like talk shows on current social events, knowledge contests, academic assistance in subjects of expertise to high school students and also introduce and (prepare them for) to university life through giving brief discussions on universities and visits to universities.

ONE THING I KNOW IS THAT FARANANI, THE RESIDENCE WHERE WE RESIDE, HAS GIVEN BIRTH TO EXCELLENT LEADERS OF THE FUTURE. WE TAKE PRIDE IN THEM, WHICH I BELIEVE IS A MUTUAL FEELING WHEN IT COMES TO THEM.

I BELIEVE THAT THROUGH MONTSHEPETJA ACADEMY, YOU GUYS CAN REACH UNSEEN FRONTIERS. IF I MAY SAY, MONTSHEPETJA JAS INVESTED IN FARANANI AND MY WISH IS THAT FARANANI ACKNOWLEDGES THE FACT THAT THEY THEMSELVES HAVE INVESTED IN MONTSHEPETJA. WHEN TWO STRONG ENTITIES, FORCES OR PROPABLE EMANCIPATORS INCORPORATE OR RATHER DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP, MORE PEOPLE ARE BOUND TO REAP BENEFITS THAT WILL SUFFICE FOR THE LARGER AND BROADER SOCIETY. WE AS MONTSHEPETJA OFFER SERVICES IN KNOWLEDGE, FARANANI IS POLITICALLY BALANCED, WHEN LOOKING AT OUR COUNTRY, THESE ARE TWO CRITICAL ENTITIES THAT OUR YOUTH MUST POSSESS WHETHER FOR OR AGAINST IT.

What is the Essence of Leadership in a Poverty stricken community and what mechanisms must we use if resources are limited to empower the distressed children of the soil?
it pains me to see so many of our brothers and sisters suffering while am having a nice plate every evening, i wish i could do more than i am doing.
IN WHAT WE CALL A POVERTY STRICKE COMMUNITY,THERE ALWAYS IS HOPE AND POTENTAIL, FAR OFF THAN BETTER, THERE’S UNTIY. RESOURCES MAY BE SCARCE, BUT THESE THREE RESOURCES (UNITY, PTENTIAL AND HOPE)ARE KEY TO OPENING DOORS. FOR EXAMPLE, IN NUCLEAR FAMILIES STRICKEN BY POVERTY, EYES OF THE COMMUNITY, FAMILY AV=ND INDIVIDUAL HIM/HERSELF SEE THEMSELVES AS THE LAST HOPE OF THE FAMILY. HOWEVER, WHAT IS DONE TO ASSIST THIS HOPE IS WHAT MATTERS MOST.
AT SOME POINT, SOCIETY LEADERS, WHETHER INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL, SHOULD BE SUPER HEROES AND PIN-POINT ONE INDIVIDUAL FOR GROOMING, MENTORING AND EDUCATING SO AS FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL TO EMANCIPATE THE COMMUNITY IN A CERTAIN MANNER. WITH THE LIMITED RESOURCES, OUR LEADERS MUST COME TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE GIVE AWAY VALUABLES TO THOSE WHO HAVE ASSUMED ON A PATH TO GOLD, NOT TO THE WHOLE OF SOCIETY AND KEEP MORE FOR THEMSELVES FOR THEY ARE ADVANTAGED ALREADY.
UNFORTUNATELY, IN THIS COUNTRY OF OURS, THAT DOESN’T MATERIALSIE. HENCE, INDIVIDUALS MUST AT SOME POINT TAKE OVER THE ROLE OF OUR LEADERS AND GROOM LOOK AFTER POVERTY STRICKEN INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES. HOW E ACHIEVE THAT, MAY BE ATTEMPTED AS FOLLOWS:
1)MAKE TALENTED INDIVIDUALS AWARE OF THEIR POTENTIAL AND INTERVENE IN THE RIGHT APPLICATION OF THEIR POTENTIAL.
2)EDUCATE THE YOUTH AND INVEST IN THE COMMUNITY’S YOUTH, BE IT RESOURCES OR OTHER.
3)GIVE THE YOUTH REASON TO FIGHT FOR A DYING COMMUNITY, BY GOING ALL OUT TO ACQUIRE RESOURCES AND STARTIFY THEM WITH COGNITION AND FAIRNESS, ALLOW THE YOUTH TO FORERUN QUESTS AND ATTEMPTS TO EMANCIPATE THE COMMUNITY AND COMPETENT LEADERSHIP MUST REALSIE FOR THE YOUTH AT ALL TIMES.
4)UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMMUNITY IS THE YOUTH AND IF THE YOUTH IS NOT WELL MENTORED AND ACCOMPANIED, THE COMMUNTIY WILL FOREVER REMAIN TROUBLED.
5)INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AWARE OF WHTA IS HAPPENING, MAY THEN COMMIT THEMSELVES TO A SUPPLY OF FOOD ON A DAILY BASIS TO ONE OR TWO INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY, THAT ALSO HELPS THOSE WITH RESOURCES REDUE THEIR WORK LOAD AND STRESS LEVELS.

Mr Mbuyazi, well you have partly answered constructively the question, however despite that we have important matters to discuss:
1. after doing the above answers you gave, now that this people have the opportunities, and they just don’t use them, what is that called?
2. The hope hypothetically is there yet the power of “choices” we make tend to influence the direction we take in life
3. however poorly affected our minds or brains are because yes poverty affects ones human behaviour in a negative way than imaginable
4. your spirit may be willing to achieve the best things in life yet, your body will be too old hyp0thetically to deliver the ultimate product.
what is it with this country of ours that we dwell on our mistakes and lack of resources that we let that rule our future…..
I MUST SAY MPONDO YOUR WORDS IN ACCORD WITH WHAT WE AS STUDENTS AND MoAc SADS STAND FOR. IF I MAY, ALLOW ME TO INVITE KAREN HORNEY INTO OUR SETTING.
KAREN HORNEY BELIEVES THAT MANKIND HAS AN URGE OR DRIVE THAT IS FOREVER REQUESTING MANKIND TO REACH THEIR UTMOST POTENTIAL AND MAKES MENTION OF THREE TYPES OF SELVES EXISTING IN THIS WORLD OF OURS.
SHE STATES THAT THERE IS AN IDEALISED SELF- THAT BEING THE TYOPE OF PERSON ONE WISHES TO BE AND HAS UNLIMITED POTENTIAL, HOWEVER UNREALISTIC.
THE ACTUAL SELF- THE PERSON THAT WE SEE DAILY, BUT IS IN MOST INSTANCES REJECTED BY THE IDEALISED SELF FOR IT DOESN’T MEET ITS UNREALISTIC STANDARDS.
LASTLY WE HAVE THE REAL SELF- THIS IS WHAT INDIVIDUALS BECOME WHEN THEY’VE RELINGUISHED ALL THE REQUIRED TECHNIQUES FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND DEALING WITH THEIR OWN PROBLEMS. THIS IS A VERY REALISTIC BEING WHO ACCEPTS AND ACKNOWLEDGES BOTH MISTAKES AND SUCCESSES.
HAVING MENTIONED THE ABOVE, MPONDO WHAT DO YOU FIND TYPICAL IN OUR COUNTRY, I FIND HYPOCRICY WHICH IS SIMILAR TO UNREALISM. OUR COUNTRYN IS INFESTED WITH UNREALISM, THAT HAS BEEN CAUSED BY THE WESTERNISATION THAT IS INTRASPECIFIC. WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT, WE HAVE BEEN SO WESTERNISED THAT EVEN THE WESTERN DWELLERS ARE NOT SURE THEY ARE WESTERN DWELLERS.
MPONDO IF WE COULD JUST, FOR A DAY, WORK WITH WHAT WE HAVE, WHO WE ARE, WHEREVER WE ARE AND IN THE INSTANT TIME THAT WE FEEL LIKE ATTEMPTING, WE CAN OUTDO OUR IDEALISED SELVES. TAHT MEANS WE’LL BE ABLE TO GET TO OUR PRE-COSCIOUSLY DETERMINED DESTINIES.
Well the talent management champions this is something i have been busy compiling and addressing all the time: time management and difference making and at times we tend to busy ourselves with so many things knowing very well we wont be able to handle them all.
well that is not why im typing this, from my team to you all, that will be the NWU DANCE CLUB, on our agenda this year will be outreach programmes powered by the Sport bureau and have decided to do such with “Montshepetja Academy”, the club believes that we all have a sense of being a “teacher” to each of us so by using their talent they will increase someones knowledge at the same time learning to move their body to keep fit.
so to the talent management champions, i hope you will all accept this proposal and mark it on your calendar for this year.It is all in the name of making history and a positive difference in the in the lives of the youth surrounding us.

Once again the son of the soil re-proposes the above, it seems as though the SADS dream of making a difference together has fallen through the dark tunnel, meaning going nowhere slowly.We seems to have said all the words yet our actions paint a picture that says: “I have other things hence i wont be available”. True difference makers understand the essence of time and the dangers of making promises they can’t keep.So from my view it is dangerous to promise the world that one will make a difference yet sit and wonder around waiting for money to pop-out in order to help the next person.
There are so many people surrounding us who when they open the montshepetja website would like to be assisted or motivated in practical terms by the “SADS” Talent management champions.Most i believe are wondering what is it that this group of people are managing.It is sad to see this happening and the website itself being underutilised by the very same talent management champions.

INITIATIVE CAN’T BE TAKEN FOR THE WHOLE GROUP BY THE ONE DEEMED AS ITS LEADER, AT SOME POINT ONE GETS TIRED OF TAKING INITIATIVE ON BEHALF OF THE GROUP, BUT ENDS UP DOING THINGS FOR THE PROGREESING BROADER MOTHER BODY, I SPEAK OF MONTSHEPETJA ACADEMY.
True that.It is about time the true emphasis is put on the real existing Mother Body(MoAc) i believe it is the organisation i joined when I as a leader needed further knowledge that will not replace my principles but add value on those i already have.
I believe this Academy thus far has indirectly played an essential role and influence in my life.Ever so often i tend to meet people who join an organisaation only for popularity sake expecting everything to be done for them.As they always say “action speaks louder than words and the values Montshepetja holds and its simplicity give flexibility for knowledge to be gained.
