Montshepetja Academy utilizes companionship and mentorship to help people balance their skills baskets with knowledge, consciousness and all-round competence while teaching them to take responsibility for their success in complex operating environments.
The Academy believes the most critical challenge confronting the current stock of managers and leaders in our society is to design and implement processes that can produce a new breed of managers and leaders. The managers and leaders so produced must possess not only the right mix of technical and behavioural competencies. They must also demonstrate themselves to have the commitment needed to work with people to transform our society for the benefit of all its people.

YES, THAT IS US, MoAc!
I HAD A WONDEFUL TIME ACCOMANYING THOSE WHO NEEDED COMPANIONSHIP THE MOST. AFTER I READ THIS, I RECALLED THAT I HAVE ARRIVED AT A PLACE WHERE I CAN ACCOMPANY MANY PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM WITH INFORMATION. IT FEELS GOOD BEING BACK TO THE PLACE WHERE I FEEL SECURE, SAFE AND SENSIBLE (UNLIKE HOME).
In life at most we need those people that can instill the confidence lost and walk with us through difficult moments.real friends that is.Hence God made sure our path is filled with characters that will grow our human skills.In most peoples lives their foundation should be based on “ubuntu” principles.Our life is a cycle or rather a system with sub-systems and needs people to control and run such efficiently.Through that our knowledge will increase
COULDN’T BE TRUE MPONDO, IT’S A VERY SADENING SCENARIO WHEN WE LOSE OURSELVES, BUT ALWAYS REJOICE WHEN WE HAVE THOSE WHO LOOK FOR AND AFTER US. AS YOU SAID, IT’S MUCH BETTER WHEN CONFIDENCE IS INTILLED AS A MAJOR TO ASSIST US IN FIGHTING AND BEATING OUR ODDS, RATHER THAN BEING HAND-GUIDED AND DRIVEN OUT OF THE BUSHES. ANOTHER THING IS INSTILLING THE CONFIDENCE UNTO OUR PEERS, FROM YOUTH TO YOUTH, AND ALSO GROOM IT WITHIN OURSELVES.
IT’S ALWAYS IMPORTANT THAT WE UNDERSTAND THAT ABILITY TO INSTILL AND INSTALL RESOURCEFUL AND ECONOMIC QUALITIES UNTO, AND IMPOSE THE MOST DIFFICULT TASKS, QUESTIONS AND SCENARIOS OURSELVES. IN THIS WAY, WE HAVE PERSONAL GROUND TO DEBATE TO OUR ADVANTAGE.
